Zanzibar

Zanzibar — Unguja, to give the main island its own name — sits off the Tanzanian coast south of the Kenyan border. It is the most travelled island in this part of the Indian Ocean, and the one most of our transfer guests are heading for.

Stone Town

Stone Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site: a dense quarter of coral-stone buildings, carved doors, markets and seafront. It is walkable, layered and worth more time than most itineraries give it.

Beyond the town

Inland, spice farms are a long-standing part of the island's identity and its economy. The north and east coasts have the beaches — broad, white and, on the east side, strongly tidal.
